If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it right — with an easy and transparent return process 💛

🔁 Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective

  • Is incorrect or missing from your order

To start a return, simply email us at support@havenshome.in with:

  • Your order ID

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

📦 Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain home items (like bedding or personal-use décor) may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In the case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
